I’m offering three coaching sessions to someone who wants to make positive change in their life. If you’re willing to commit and invest in yourself, I know that coaching has the power to transform your life and I’d love to work with you. For many of us, busy lives leave us with no time to think. I will create the space you need to discover who you are, what you want and how to get it. You’ll have the chance to explore your thoughts, ideas and goals with a thinking partner (me) who will listen without interrupting, ask questions to help you gain clarity and challenge your assumptions to identify what ‘s stopping you from living your life the way you want to. In the first 60-minute session I will listen to what you’d like to get from coaching, explain how coaching works and demonstrate my coaching style by working with you. This would help us to get to know each other a little and see if we feel we would be a good fit to work together. It’s important to find the right coach for you.


Coaching sessions would take place online. Who is coaching for? Anyone and everyone who wants to make a change in their life, however big or small. Coaching can change your life, if you want it to. What is coaching? Coaching is a tool for change – and it’s a conversation. Unlike counselling or therapy, it will tend to focus on where you are now and the future. It isn’t mentoring so I won’t give advice - I believe that through the power of coaching you’ll discover the answers you need for yourself. Are you interested or intrigued?
